2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI4.Style (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of Service

AI4.Style provides AI-powered styling recommendations and related services. All outputs, suggestions, and recommendations generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: (a) use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; (b) use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service; or (d) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying AI models — are owned by or licensed to AI4.Style and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content — No Liability

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate styling suggestions, recommendations, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances; (b) AI Outputs do not constitute professional, financial, medical, legal, or any other form of advice; (c) you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI Outputs; (d) we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any AI Outputs; (e) to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on AI Outputs, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise; (f) AI Outputs may reflect biases present in training data and we do not warrant that AI Outputs are free from bias, discrimination, or error; (g) AI Outputs are not fit for any particular purpose and, to the fullest extent permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, all implied terms as to fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality, and conformity with description are excluded in relation to AI Outputs; and (h) you must exercise your own independent judgement before acting on any AI Output.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law: (i) we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, however caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise; (ii) our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim; and (iii) we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI4.Style, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your reliance on any AI Outputs.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party AI infrastructure or service providers.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us to be effective.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI4.Style regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
